And I've had the privilege and honor of working with so many incredible individuals who have entrusted in me to take them to the next level, to elevate their mental and physical capabilities in order to achieve their personal epic fitness goals and bucket list life's adventures. NOTHING is too great or too small to achieve for those who believe they can. 

WHAT IS PEAK PERFORMANCE COACHING? 

I'd like to get to know a little bit more about you so we can see if we would be a good fit together and if you're up for the challenge and commitment that I expect from my clients as well. So, I'll tell you a little bit about myself and what I do as a trainer. I started out early in my health and fitness career 15 years ago as a personal trainer and it has beautifully evolved into what I do today, Transformational and Peak Performance Coaching. I am not your regular personal trainer where you just waste your money, time, and effort on paying for sessions per hour with no definitive goal or real purpose. I’m about CHANGE. And not just a quick fix. If you want RAPID Change that’s LASTING, then you’re in the right space.

#3. Get Support. Very few people (if any) achieve anything great alone. Even professional athletes and sports stars have team mates and coaches.

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION PRORAM

It's 80% Diet and 20% Training. You can't out train a BAD Diet. Your Diet is key to transformation if you want to see physical results, you have to fuel your body properly and with not only the right types of foods, but portions and macros that are individualized for you. There is no One fits ALL with meal plans and diets, they are simply guide lines to follow. In order to reach your personal goals, you need a personalized meal program that lazers in to fit your ideal needs for your body! Whether you are looking for muscle building, pre-contest diet, bodyfat decrease and muscle maintanance, the personalized nutrition program is a great starting place for you. This nutritional program and meal plan will be written for you based off your current statistics, eating habits, work schedule, and lifestyle. This plan will be programmed as a team approach in phases and be required to follow for 4-6 weeks. No minimum required but recommend 12 week commitment (2-3 phases). 

ONLINE PERSONAL NUTRITION & TRAINING PROGRAM 

If you want the flexibility of working out from anywhere, and taking your program with you, this is the place to start. Jessie's online coaching fitness and nutrition coaching program will help you reach your individual needs. This program will be tailored to your specific needs and fitness goals. All you need is your phone and a can do attitude! Note:Minimum 3 month commitment required.

CONTEST PREP COACHING "STAGE READY"

A 12WK Competition Prep for the fitness enthusiast looking to take it to the next level, competition level, or to step on stage! You will have online support and Full Access to trainerize app, Pre-Contest Dieting & Prep. Fully Integrated and Personalized Training Routine and Schedule, weekly, Pictures, Weigh Ins and Measurment Tracking, to prepare you for stepping on stage and taking home the trophy! Note: Must have basic foundation of fitness and gym experience. Note:Most competitors will need 12-16 weeks for competition prep.

 TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING PACKAGES

A 3-6-12 Month Program is for an individual who's either new to fitness or looking to back into the best shape and has an epic fitness goal they'd like to achieve. This 3-6-12 month Journey will guide you throught the mental, physical and emotional mindset required to reach your individual goal and to see it through completion together.

Just like "You can't out train a bad diet" you also "can't out train a weak mindset." This is your time for you and to be committed to evolving into your greater self.  Weekly modules (homework) will be given to complete that are focused on growing and developing you mentally, physically, and emotionally. What will life look like if you dared to live it on your own terms and followed your true desires?
Included will be a personalized Meal Planning in 6 week phases, Weekly Modules, 60 min scheduled session by phone or skype with Jessie once every week in order to answer any of your personal questions or unlock blocks for you. A Full training and Workout Program with video demos in order to coach technique and proper form from the comfort of your home, gym, or travel. This program is completely catered for your individual needs in order to reach your true potential, epic fitness adventure, and create lasting change!  May be a beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast for this program.
